Preparations for measurement

A new Silent City demonstration project is established these days. 500 m. of Easyrail Noice Absorbing Guardrail ”ERNA” is being constructed on Ishøj Stationsvej by the Danish company of NAG1 Aps together with Volkmann & Rossbach. During the next weeks the demonstration will expand to Vallensbæk, where another 800 m. of ”ERNA” guardrails will be placed at Vejlegårdsvej. DELTA is carrying out noise performance measurements, while municipalities have prepared survey among nearby neighbours. The project is support the Danish Markedsmodningsfonden.
